Some eight years following a couple of not-so-pleasant experiences with another office, with the birth of my son came the need to set a good example and resume good dental hygiene practices with regular visits to a dentist. After hearing my wife talk so favorably of you and your team for more than two years, I decided to take the plunge. It was then that I learned that regular visits translated to twice a week for about a month or so and every three months for the next year. I've learned a lot about the effects of procrastination in that time.

There are a million other things that I'd have rather done than go to "the dentist". But I have to say that I can't imagine how my overall experience could have been made any more pleasant. From the moment I stepped into your office, throughout each procedure and even as I settled my account I was met with pleasant smiles, positive, humorous attitudes and the highest level of professionalism. You and your team are to be commended.

It occurred to me that one of the reasons that the suicide statistics for your profession might be so high is because of lack of appreciation of your craft. And I would hate to think that you might find yourself on the edge of the Golden Gate Bridge because I failed to take the time to say, "Thank you". So from the bottom of my heart, thank you to you and your entire team. You've raised the bar for your competition. And as sadistic as this sounds, I look forward to my next appointment!
